From June 20th to 21st, 2020, the 3rd Shanghai JiaoTong University Young Scholars Forum on Environment and Sustainable Development was held. As a sub-forum of the first "Zhiyuan" International Young Scholars Forum of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, this forum attracted young talents from top universities and research institutions in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan and other countries to participate online and conduct academic exchanges. More than 20 people attended the forum, including Dean of the School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Dean of SJTU-UNIDO Joint Institute of Inclusive and Sustainable Industrial Development,, Geng Yong, Secretary of the Party Committee Hu Weiwei, and representatives of professors. The opening ceremony was presided over by Hu Weiwei, and the academic report was presided over by Prof.Zhao Yixin, Prof. Long Mingce and Prof. Lou Ziyang.
During the forum, 17 young scholars from the world's top universities and institutions made academic reports from different research directions through online videos, introducing their respective cutting-edge research and latest achievements in the field of environmental disciplines. The online academic report was discussed vigorously.
