On the afternoon of May 18, Geng Yong, Vice Dean of School of International and Public Affairs, Dean of School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Director of SJTU-UNIDO Joint Institute of Inclusive and Sustainable Industrial Development, Dong Fanli, Assistant Dean of School of Materials Science and Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Director of Science and Technology Development Center, Song Xiaoqian, a full-time researcher at the China Academy of Urban Governance, and Qiu Yue, Director of the Office of the Joint Institute, went to the UNIDO Shanghai Investment Promotion Center for in-depth exchange on the work arrangements for 2020.

Geng Yong made a brief report on the work plan of the Institute in 2020. The two sides conducted in-depth communication and exchanges on further cooperation direction, database construction, green index compilation, etc., and jointly discussed the next work plan.
Dong Fanli briefly introduced the construction and achievements of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Baotou Materials Research Institute and expressed the willingness to cooperate with UNIDO ITPO Shanghai in the future.
