赵晓蕾女士拥有上海交通大学工商管理硕士学位，曾任上海港城开发（集团）有限公司副总经理、上海临港软件园董事长、上海张江（集团）有限公司营销中心主任和上海张江投资创业服务有限公司总经理。
赵女士拥有20多年的国际国内项目投资促进经验。曾参与上千家投资项目的谈判，对促进投资项目落地、企业服务和政策协调积累了深厚的经验。她参与研究并提出产业链、价值链、生态链到立体招商环境营造模式。
Ms. Zhao Xiaolei holds an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She previously served as the Vice President of Shanghai Harbor City Development Group and as the Chairman of the Board of Shanghai Lingang Software Park Development Co.,l.td. In her previous career, Ms. Zhao also served as General Manager of the Business Promotion Center of Shanghai Zhangjiang Group and as General Manager of Shanghai Zhangjiang Investment and Entrepreneurial Consulting Co.,Ltd.
Ms. Zhao has 20 years of experience in domestic and foreign investment. She participated in the negotiation of thousands of investment projects and accumulated profound experience in promoting the implementation of investment projects, enterprise services and policy coordination. She propounded three-dimensional forms of business promotion, which combine the industry chain, the value chain and the eco-chain in one developing arca.
