Karl Östen Ekengren是瑞典政府科学顾问，斯德哥尔摩清洁技术公司董事长，智慧城市瑞典平台(瑞典国家平台)发起人，欧洲供水与卫生技术平台(WSSTP)代表，瑞典IVL环境研究所中国团队创始人。
Karl 还是中瑞航空科学与技术联合实验室理事，中瑞(天津)环境科技发展有限公司创始人，中国生态环境部3iPET技术中心瑞典中心负责人，以及天津国际水生生态平台主要发起人和南开大学水环境IVL联合实验室发起人。
Karl Östen Ekengren is a scientific adviser of the Swedish government, Chairman of Stockholm Cleantech, the initiator of the Smart City Sweden Platform, the representative of European Water Supply and Sanitation Tech. platform and the founder of IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute China Team.
Also, he is the Board member of Sino-Swedish Joint Laboratory for Air Sciences and Technologies, the founder of Sino-Sweden (Tianjin) Environmental Technology Development Co., Ltd, and the responsible person for Swedish Center,3iPet technology Center, as well as the main initiator of Tianjin international aquatic ecological platform and the initiator of Nankai University-IVL Joint Lab on Water Environment.
