刘小龙，毕业于上海交通大学机电分校，1990年起参与浦东新区开发建设，历任外高桥保税区新发展公司总经理、张江高科董事长、上海市科协常委、上海市第十三届人大代表、上海现代服务业联合会副会长、上海张江高科技园区管委会副主任。 组建并任董事长及投资委员会主席的张江科投基金、张江浩成基金与张江汉世纪基金。2011年11月组建上海久有股权投资基金，在全国建立了一批“产业基金+孵化加速器+产城社区”的三位一体创新平台。
Frank Liu Frank Liu is Chairman of the board of Jiuyou Capital. He is graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University, mechanical & electronic school, Participated in the development and construction of Pudong district since 1990, Former GM of Waigaoqiao free trade zone new development company/Chairman of the board of Zhangjiang high-tech Inc/Member of Shanghai science& Technology association/Member of 13th National people’s Congress of Shanghai/Vice President of Shanghai modern service industry association/Deputy Director of Shanghai Zhangjiang hi-tech park Committee. He Established the Zhangjiang science investing Funds/Hao Cheng Funds/Han Century Funds, as the chairman of these Funds. Established Jiuyou Capital in 2011, successfully established several Trinity platform in the form of “PE funds + incubator + industrial community“.
